1️⃣ The electricity operates on a prepaid card system that requires top-up for usage. It would be more convenient if the owner could pre-charge the card and deduct the amount from the deposit or payment. Thankfully, the caretaker was kind enough to assist us with the top-up process. 2️⃣ Communication was purely in Arabic, which made it quite challenging for us to understand the caretaker at times. It would be helpful if basic English communication could be provided for international guests. 3️⃣ The cleanliness can be improved to provide a more comfortable stay experience. 4️⃣ It appears that the gas stove may also be using a prepaid gas system. We did not confirm this, as we mainly used the electric kettle and microwave during our stay. 5️⃣ The WiFi speed is generally good; however, there were occasional intermittent interruptions. 6️⃣ The hot water in the second bathroom was not functioning. We hope the owner can address this issue, especially during the winter season, as we had to rely on only one bathroom for hot showers.
