Appartamento collocato in una tranquilla zona residenziale di Colonia Spiaggia a circa 500 dal mare, raggiungibile a piedi. Il condominio dispone di un ampio parcheggio pertinenziale. Il paese ha supermercati, farmacia, pasticceria, pizzeria, una pescheria take-away e ovviamente stabilimenti balneari attrezzati. Poco oltre la bellissima spiaggia libera della riserva del Borsacchio. L'appartamento è stato di recente ristrutturato e riarredato modernamente; molto ampio, oltre alla grande zona giorno possiede due camere e soprattutto due bagni con doccia utilissimi quando si rientra dalla spiaggia. Dispone di aria condizionata sia nella zona giorno che nella zona notte, Wifi, lavatrice, lavastoviglie e TV con accesso a Netflix Gli host Nicola e Martina, che vivono accanto con il mitico cane Camillo, sono giovani, gentilissimi e disponibili a scambiare due chiacchiere e a dare consigli su dove andare. Ottimo il rapporto qualità/ prezzo
