Los materiales constructivos de las cabañas, incluidas aberturas, y el mobiliario original.
El colchón viejo y los colchones del sofá cama reviejos. Cortinas, ventanas, luminarias sin limpieza de larga data, algunas telarañas. La pileta con suciedad en el fondo. El botón del inodoro roto y la vajilla no condice con la categoría de la edificación. El TV de la década del 90. El entorno de la cabaña requiere atención jardinera. En concreto, muy buenos inicios y, después, falta mantenimiento y dedicación administrativa con algunas inversiones.
