Amazing place to stay - modern, plenty of outdoor room. I felt spoiled having so much room to myself and I wish I'd had more time to sit out in the garden.
Comfortable bed with the doors to the verrandah was a treat - would be perfect in summer. Nice big modern kitchen with everything I needed. BBQ was utilised too.
Though in a residential area and the main road over the back, it was actually lovely and peaceful.

Clean, private, nice shower, fan removed the steam well. Beds ok but not great.
Very small, tight seating for three around kitchen bench only, noisy when cars went down the main road, no convenient power points in bedrooms, no microwave, no place to hang towels, no scissors, key didn’t fit in the lock, no hooks, freezer full of ice.
