Locatie is top. Alles op loopafstand. Strand op 100 meter, centrum op 20 minuten lopen. Supermarkt op 100 meter. Fris en licht ingericht appartement. Ruim balkon over de gehele breedte. Zowel de woonkamer ls grote slaapkamer zijn voorzien van een schuifpui die zeer geluiddicht zijn.Voor 2 personen prima grootte. Bij 4 personen wat aan de kleine kant.
Het appartement ligt op 4 hoog. Houd dus rekening met trappen lopen. Het ligt aan de kant van de doorgaande weg dus bij open deuren is het lawaaierig.

Todo: ubicación, comodidad, limpieza. Lo necesario para sentirte como en casa. Decoración simple, pero a la vez, con muy buen gusto.

La ubicación es excelente, cerca de Denia, a un paseo del centro, y en primera línea de playa. Se agradece no tener que coger el coche para ir a Denia, que en temporada alta es un rollo. La decoración es de 10, tiene una reforma preciosa que saca partido al apartamento.
Es un cuarto sin ascensor, aunque las escaleras son cómodas, la llegada con el equipaje y la subida de la compra es incómodo. También hay que resaltar que la proximidad de la carretera de Las Marinas se nota por el ruido a todas horas, es necesario cerrar y poner el aíre para poder dormir.
