Nice and quiet location, clean rooms. Property is around 10/15mins away from main varkala beach. Hosts take very good care and are very warm and friendly. Always smiling and personally make and serve breakfast which is basic but they never say a no for anything.
If only the rooms could provide a small work station

Prachtige ligging aan de rijstvelden en toch dichtbij de zee. Fijne kamer en heerlijk ontbijt. Zeer vriendelijke eigenaren.

Utopia is a wonderful place to stay. It has been thoughtfully designed and has a lovely atmosphere of calm when you arrive. Ivana, the owner, is kind and helpful and has created a place to stay that is comfortable, the bed especially, and very clean. I had the room called Harmony, which has a wonderful balcony overlooking the rice fields.
