The staff answered any minor issue we had right away. The pool heating actually worked! The house is beautiful!
We had to wait until 4pm to check in but, check out at 10am. I think check out should be at least 11am but, 12 pm would be better! We also had to wait another 20 mins once it was 4pm for the cleaning lady to finish cleaning. There was a missing ball for the pool table and a cracked wine glass on the table and a broken chair outside, the fridge and freezer smelled like fish. I had to clean it twice and one of the beds upstairs sheets had lots of hair stuck all over the sheets.
