Any time I called for anything it was done right away. I was answered right away. Very attentive and very consistent. Also very kind.

We absolutely loved the facilities and all it had to offer. The neighborhood was beautiful and the oasis had a very awesome waterpark. For families with a person needing accessibility, there is one bedroom downstairs and the rest are upstairs.
The Wi-Fi was out my entire 7 day stay which meant no work. This also meant no television due to it being run through the internet. One of the beds was clearly dirty from the previous guests. Yhe bedroom with marvel is the smallest and there no much move ariun sleoomThe jacuzzi drained itself while we were swimming. I wouldn't have had an issue but I called several times and kept getting this is a management issue.
