Studio cosy en centre-ville

I used the studio as a base for the region. It proved a good choice. The apartment was easy to find, parking relatively easy, and easy to access. The washing machine and the drying rack also very much appreciated.

Being asked to take the rubbish and recycling to bins some 400m away. Despite my mobility issues (I use a mobility scooter) in the end this wasn't difficult. Suggest however that it should be added to the policies in the listing not instructed when you get the access information. Cabinet adjacent to basin also not very secure. I suspect studio may not be very comfortable in warmer weather as no AC or fan, and little ventilation. One suggestion - ice trays, preferably with ice would be a welcome addition.

De sleutelbox ging niet lekker open. Gelukkig woonde de eigenares ernaast en hoorde ze ons stuntelen. Ander minpunt: je kunt niet direct naar buiten kijken omdat de ramen zijn afgeplakt.Goed voor de privacy, maar niet echt gezellig.

Appartement fonctionnel et équipé lave linge, lave vaisselle, micro-onde, cafetière tassimo, plaque de cuisson/four. Très cocooning.

Très dommage que ce ne soit pas une smart TV. De nos jours Netflix/amazon sont indispensables, surtout que la ville d’Evreux le dimanche il n’y a rien à faire et à la télé il n’y a pas de programme intéressant ! Vaisselle fragile.

Super emplacement. Très tranquille. Nous avons apprécié comme d habitude. Je recommande sans hésiter.
