Resort on Salt Beach

Lovely resort with great location.

Wifi was not working

It was close to where I needed to be during the day.

Long long walk to my room and initially hard to decipher instructions.

Allowing privately owned apartments to operate under the resort name, with different features, standards, and prices, can be misleading, especially when these differences are not clearly specified on Booking.com. I was also disappointed with the gym access and facilities. Simply adding a couple of exercise machines and advertising a gym as part of a five-star resort does not meet expectations. A five-star resort should provide a properly equipped gym with sufficient facilities and space. 20 min false fire alarming with a very load speaker in a tiny room is not right. Last 10 min of that alarming was even after confirming that it was false alarm but not stopping the alarm in the evening time is not acceptable. Keeping old toaster or issue with electricity plug that causing switch off the main key and not having access to the switch board because is in other room is a bad design and none standard unit design for a 4 or 5 star hotel.
