We will not be coming back to this property that is for sure!

The breakfast buffet was really good.

We didn’t get the apartment we originally booked due to an issue in the apartment. This was known days before we arrived yet nobody informed us. Due to this, we were given a different apartment that was on the ground floor, with a wonderful view of cars in front of our bedroom and balcony window lol. The apartment wasn’t cleaned, bathroom is falling apart and dirty. Luckily there was a broom in the apartment so we cleaned it ourselves.

No mountain vibe

We liked the pool and SPA. Apartment is well decorated and new. Bed is comfortable, and there is a welcome coffee. Breakfast is also very nice. Hosts are very nice people.

Location - it is apartment in the building that is in the middle of construction work, that affects with noice and doesn’t have a “mountain vibe”. There was an electricity issue in the bathroom, and there was some smell coming from there. In the hallways, lights are on sensor but lasting short, so you might end up in complete dark until sensor got you again. Also, they don’t accept card payment, so bring a cash.

Perfect enjoyment

Everything. Beautiful apartment design, spacious rooms and bathroom, comfortable beds and corner sofas. Extremely clean. Excellent internet. Very nice spa center. Very friendly staff. Beautifully designed restaurant with delicious food and drinks. A wonderful safe yard, especially for families with small children. A place where you might want to come again. I highly recommend

Maybe the choice of the music in the spa. It is preferable to have some light instrumental music. It should be a place to relax. Although it is still a matter of taste from guest to guest.

Treba obratiti paznju na urednost i ispravnost bojlera. Apartman ima šanse uz korekcije da bude bolje ocenjen.

Prostran apartman. Doručak je bio odličan i osoblje u restoranu je bilo prijatno.

Iznajmili smo dva apartmana, za dve porodice za jednu noć. Apartmani su u potkrovlju na četvrtom spratu, a lift ide samo do trećeg sprata. Jedan apartman nije bio usisan,paučina je bila u sobi. Nije bilo šampona i gela za tuširanje u kupatilu. U drugom apartmanu je užasno smrdelo na cigarete. Nije bilo tople vode, bojler nije radio.

Leider wurde der Pool an einem schönen Tag nicht geöffnet, was schade war. Kein Balkon, was in der Beschreibung nicht explizit aufgeführt wurde. Whirlpool leider nicht warm.

Csalódás volt.

Kedves volt a recepciós. Valóban egy új építésű épület fogadott minket. A reggeli finom volt és volt választék.

Az elhelyezkedése. Egy építkezés kellős közepén van a szállás. Megközelítése föld úton történik a munkagépek között. A szobában alig volt pár dolog. Se mikró, se edények. Csak pár darab. Se vízmelegítő. A csúcs az volt hogy 8 óra vezetés után akartunk tusolni. Nem sikerült melegvizet kreálni. Volt egy vízmelegítő amit én kapcsoltam be. De annyi volt benne a nyomás hogy a tusolón ki sem jött a víz. A kültéri medence le volt takarva mivel a szembe épületeket éppen szigetelték így szállt a szigetelő anyag minden felé.

Osoblje je super ljubazno. Hrana u restoranu ukusna i povoljna, Spa centar i bazen su super, sve lepo cisto i uredno. Sve preporuke za objekat.

Zadovoljni

Izuzetno lepa lokacija. Podalje od centra ali, po mom mišljenju, to je prednost jer je u pitanju odmor na planini a centar je sada urbana sredina. Smeštaj je sjajan. Ima bukvalno sve što vam treba za višednevni boravak. Čak i grickalicu za nokte, eto do kojih sitnica su ga opremili

Zamerki nema mnogo ali ih ipak ima. Kao prvo terasa je, zbog golubova, prljava. Praktično nije za upotrebu iako je pogled s nje jako lep. Švedski sto bi za doručak mogao biti raznovrsniji za novac koji se izdvaja za aranžman. I što se tiče Spa ponude ograničenje boravka na zatvorenom bazenu bi moglo biti duže od samo sat vremena dnevno. Opšti utisak je ipak veoma povoljan i za svaku preporuku.

Lep spoljasnji bazen sa restoranom. Interesantan parkic za decu. Lep predeo sa prirodom u blizini. Jako ljubazno osoblje. Nismo bili u unutrasnjem bazenu i spa. Peske za 20 minuta do centra.

Gradilista u neposrednoj blizini koja mozda i ne mogu da se izbegnu. Veliki jastuci za spavanje u apartmanu.

Lokacija objekta je previše udaljena od centra.Nije preporučljivo za porodice sa manjom djecom zbog gradilišta u okolini i makadam puta do lokacije.

Objekat je u potpunosti nov. U smeštaju poseduje sve što je potrebno za kraći ili duži boravak. Besplatan parking je ispred apartmana. Doručak u restoranu je sjajan. Restoran radi od 08.00h. Recepcija radi od 08.00 do 16.00h, ali bez problema možete ući u smeštaj i kasno uveče. Osoblje je ljubazno.

Na Booking.com sajtu su fotografije iz nekog drugog apartmana, a ne iz ovog u kom smo bili smešteni (radi se o vili u kojoj ima više desetina apartmana). Apartman je bio na tavanu zgrade. Nije bilo vešalica za odeću u ormaru niti čaršafa za trosed (nakon što smo pozvali zaposlenu, ponudila je da donese odmah, ali smo to odložili za ujutru, kad nam je doneto). Đakuzi koji je u ponudi nije bio ispravan...

Apartamentul se află într-un bloc nou, într-un șantier( noroi).Vis a vis se construiește alt bloc. Mobilier nou. Lift. Utilare minimala a bucătăriei ( plita cu inducție, fierbător,frigider). Cada hidromasaj nefunctionala,nu masaj.Am folosit o ora piscina,gratuit. Parcare privata,sigura. Nu accepta decât plata cash. Aproape de centru (20 minute pe jos). Pentru încălzire exista doua miniaeroterme electrice ( una în baie,alta în living). După amiază l-am anunțat pe îngrijitor ca este frig în cameră; a zis că rezolva.Si a "rezolvat": a oprit curentul care alimentează cele două aeroterme (acestea se afla pe circuite separate),astfel încât toată noaptea nu am avut căldură ,a nins toată noaptea. Un gest incalificabil . Micul dejun pe baza unui voucher de 500 rsd,a la carte,destul de saracacios,fara apa,cafea,ceai.Nu mai zic de sucuri. Meniul doar în sarba, personalul nu știe decât sârbă. Cred ca booking trebuie sa-si revizuiască criteriile de selecție. De asemenea, cred că recenziile de 10 sunt făcute de prieteni, nu corespund realității.
