Apartamento estava muito limpo e organizado, além da varanda ser voltada para o Sol nascente.
Único ponto negativo foi a entrada de abelhas pela varanda muito possivelmente por ter algum cacho delas no telhado do bloco. Como a unidade fica no andar mais alto eram mais visíveis as abelhas.
