Very good location and very compact, with lots of equipment and facilities. Near an excellent Indian cafe/restaurant.
Big problem getting access - it was at short notice. Despite the title of the proporty the flat is actually 605 - the young lady in 612 explained her flat was no longer available through AirBnB but could not explain further. A later cryptic message from the owner confirmed the flat was actually 605 and provided access code

The location in central Melbourne is exceptional. close to transport, the river and lots of great places to eat and drink.
The owner/manager did not answer multiple requests to drop luggage off early. Apartment not immediately accessible, had to wait for someone else to let me in the building before I could get the key fobs for the building's entrance. Commuincations about how to do that and get in were confusing at best. Apartment has been refurbished but the building feels very old. More photos of the unit would be appropriate - those used are not of the unit.
