Lilypad - Fully-Equipped Apartment Close to Poole Quay

Excellent location for Poole quay. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance

The beds could be bigger especially in the main bedroom.They also have really sharp wooden corners on the base so watch your shins.

Great location, comfortable stay The location was excellent, right on the High Street with local shops and a Sainsbury’s just below the property. Poole Quay was only a 1–2 minute walk away, which was very convenient. The beds were comfortable, and having car parking directly behind the building was a big plus. Although the room wasn’t ready for the 3pm check-in, we appreciated being allowed a late check-out at 12pm (instead of the usual 10am) to make up for it.

There were a few issues during our stay. When we arrived around 3:30pm, we were given the keys, but the apartment was still in a mess, as if the previous guests had only just left. We had to go back to reception and were told it was the cleaner and the apartment would be ready in about 45 minutes. Cleaning could definitely be improved, there were used sandals under the coffee table, the bed frames had stains (which I cleaned myself), and we spotted two small creepy crawlies on the bathroom floor at night, which frightened the little ones. The second bedroom was a bit small, but it was fine for a short stay.
