Location
The check in process was long and over the phone. The host forgot to look at his phone so we were unable to contact him and spent 30 mins in the cold outside the door. It was 30 mins after that he contacted me back. Upon arrival the heating was not on and it was a long process to get the house warm. Host needs a manager to do this not his paying guests. Bad start to the stay.
