First of all, you need to read the ads carefully. The apartment is located on the ground floor, which is probably why it is very cold, despite the fact that the owner has installed two additional heaters. The two small windows must be covered with curtains, otherwise people on the street can see what you are doing, which is not very comfortable. But if you close the curtains, you will have no daylight at all. This may be fine in the summer, but in the winter it is very uncomfortable, as the floor is extremely cold in the rooms, bathroom, and toilet. The toilet is inconveniently located, as it is a walk-through. I don't know what architect came up with this, but if you live with children or two couples, it is very inconvenient because the bedroom is not separated by a door from the passage to the bathroom. The apartment is really well renovated, but we couldn't find an iron. After the flight, we needed an iron and contacted support. The answer was that it was in the closet. The three of us looked for it, but we couldn't find it. We had to go to New Year's Eve in wrinkled clothes. I wrote to customer support two more times, but I never received a response from them. Very strange service. Next time, I will choose a hotel despite the fact that the size of this apartment is certainly very comfortable compared to a hotel. Unfortunately, the service we received was disappointing.
