Appartamento moderno e funzionale al 18esimo piano di un grattacielo recentissimo. La posizione è comoda per raggiungere il centro sia a piedi, con 15 minuti di passeggiata, che con i mezzi pubblici. In casa c'è tutto il necessario per trascorrere una vacanza spensierata. Lo staff è veramente disponibile e sempre presente. Sia Jesus che Nelly hanno risolto ogni nostra piccola esigenza. Il garage è un punto di forza in una città dove parcheggiare non è semplicissimo.
Ottima la pulizia.

The location, while not right in the city centre, is very convenient for getting into downtown Málaga. Several bus lines provide easy access, and taxis cost only around €6–7 from most central areas. The underground parking at the property is a great convenience, and parking in and around Málaga is generally affordable.
What truly sets this property apart, however, is the host. He played a huge role in making our trip memorable by sharing invaluable local knowledge—recommending the best places to visit, the smartest ways to get around, and where to find authentic, delicious food while avoiding the usual tourist traps.
The flat itself is clean, spacious, and well-maintained. Access to the building’s gym and pool is an added bonus that made our stay even more enjoyable.
I would highly recommend this property and would happily stay here again.

Parkování v garáži, střešní terasa s bazénem, posilovna, zázemí kuchyně vč. myčky a pračky. Blízko je obchod. Jesus, který nás přivítal, je nesmírně laskavý, nápomocný a ochotný. Pobyt jsme si velmi užili.
Na týdenní pobyt bychom ocenili víc kusů tablet do pračky/TP/čajů/kávy.

Very friendly welcome from our host who made sure we found the right entrance despite the heavy rain. Modern apartment in a new tower block. Very quiet, with great views across city to hills behind. Easy walk into the lively centre. A little longer walk to beach. Underground parking court was perfect once you get the key fob to work the doors. Well stocked supermarket across the public gardens.
Nothing. Perfect for us. If you are less able to walk far, possible you may want to use the buses to get to beaches, looked a good service.
