Sea Essence on Kingsley - Heated Pool and Stunning Views

Great house. rally suited our needs with 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. The living/dinig/kitchen area was great with ample space for all of us.

The outside areas were in need of a good clean. Cobweds under the outdoor lounge and the area appeared not to have been hosed down recently. There was also an ant issue in the house. Coming out of cupboard doors. Also coming in the bathroom of the downstairs studio.

The decor & fit out is exceptional & plenty of space for everyone to enjoy a great holiday. The rooms were well accommodated & bathrooms well equipped. The kitchen & laundry also. The pool was lovely & warm, games for kids appreciated! The separate apartment was like a retreat!

Only one set of keys. The driveway & the stairs. Unfortunately, the house is located on a steep driveway that leads to a double lock up garage. If you don't have the remote ready for the garage it can be a bit intimidating to drive up the driveway & park the car on the steep hill. The alternative is to park on the street & use the stairs. Internally there are 3 levels of stairs that are open so be careful with kids. We found this fine, the only stairs internally that were a problem were the 3 stairs leading to the living area from the kitchen that were not very visible to the older people in our group as the flooring is the same.
