Executive 2 BR flat near to the lake - D10

Apartment was clean and spacious. Everything was as described. Location was outstanding. Walking distance to Lake Zurich - was a huge plus for our 10yo. Restaurants close by and supermarket across the road. Tram stop on the front too which made travelling very easy. Dimi was very responsive to all our queries and promptly replaced the toaster when we flagged it wasn't working. The apartment did offer shutter blinds and awnings, which somewhat during hot days. Laundry facilities are shared and in the basement. Which wasn't a problem but worth flagging. The apartment was on the 5th floor and having a lift was great (especially when travelling with suitcases).

Apartments in Zurich typically don't have AC. This was new to us, so staying when the temperature was 30+ made it a challenge. This apartment did provide fans in each room. The lounge room fan was not operational, we requested for this to be changed but there was none available. So this made our stay uncomfortable. We were asked not to downgrade our rating based on this one thing, while I agree that everything else met our expectations, not having an operational fan in the living room made our stay uncomfortable and this needs to be noted.

À la llegada no sabíamos cómo entrar porque no había señales claras , por suerte una persona del Lugar nos ayudó y mi nuera con la llave probó cada dto porque no decía el sobre el nro de dto . Hasta que llegó y eso fue en el último piso , por suerte no tuvimos ningún inconveniente , pero eso no se hace !

Excellent neighborhood! Safe, walk to lake. Good restaurants close by. Easy on streetcar outside the door. Rent this place!!! You’re gonna thank me later!
