The room was small, with a basic kitchen and a comfortable bed. The location was excellent, close to public transport, and the staff was extremely polite and responsive, answering any questions immediately.
However, the cleanliness was disappointing. A dead cockroach was found on the floor in a visible spot, and the floor itself was noticeably dirty, especially under the bed. The air conditioning only produced cold air regardless of the setting, and the TV did not work. There was no bedside table on one side of the bed, even though there was enough space for one. Additionally, the window faced an interior wall, making it difficult to properly ventilate the room.
