Perfect for a family birthday gathering and particularly liked the quiet Wat Ket which still had plenty on our doorstep and not too far to travel To Old Town.
Compared to other similar properties we’ve stayed in Thailand and Indonesia this wasn’t as good value for money - very expensive given no breakfast included and transfers only included if all guests plus extras follow property on social media.

Beautiful private villa, felt very clean and spacious. Excellent location and slightly hidden feeling safe. We enjoyed 4 nights and they assisted us in sight seeing around Chiang Mai and arranged a private chef for a birthday function. Very happy we will return!
