The location is outstanding, steps away from the beach, beautiful gardens and property equipped with everything that you need.

Everything was great!

As this is a south facing ground floor unit, the patio (lanai) made for a very comfortable and enjoyable spot to take in the sunshine. And there is a large open green space between the unit and the ocean, allowing for a nice breeze when the wind picked up. The kitchen had all the needed cooking utensils to make and enjoy meals “at home”. This must be a newer owner because everything in the unit appeared to be new with very little, if any, wear. The unit also included beach chairs and other fun in the sun and surf items. The accommodations were arranged directly through the owner via Booking.com but other than the reservation booking, anything we needed was quickly provided by the owner. Avoiding a “middle man” management company made it feel like we were guests in a persons home. The location was great as we could walk to many restaurants and beaches.

For us, this was perfect and would definitely book again.

The location of this place was one of the best. We loved going right out on the lawn.

We couldn't have found a more perfect place to stay! Short leisurely strolls took us to beautiful beaches, shopping, and restaurants, as well as easy drives to most every Kauai attraction. The condo itself was stocked with everything you could possibly need, meticulously clean, and comfortable. We ate meals and relaxed on the lanai overlooking the spectacular grounds, while listening to and watching all kinds of beautiful birds. Tom and Shelley, the hosts, were friendly and attentive, answering every question. We couldn't have asked for a better, more relaxing vacation and can't wait to go back. Mahalo Tom and Shelley!
