The residence was ok, nice and quiet pool on the 9th floor, wherefrom you can enjoy a small panorama of Marina Dubai. You have your parking space, if you come with a car. Walk distance to the promenade, the beach, Ain Dubai and the Marina itself. Nice surroundings.
The room wasn't clean enough, dirty floor. It lacks on things, especially on kitchen equipment. It was not as described by other guests. Not enough towels were provided for a week stay. Only one roll of toilette paper. No washmachine powder, as promised. Relatively small room. I would say that the bed lacks on comfort.

Everything I needed was in the apartment, and the most important thing was the great communication with the owner. Whenever I needed something, he was always online and responded promptly, which I’m very grateful for.
The location is also great, right in Dubai Marina.
