The view was great, the room was very nice. Very comfortable bed and lots of space and smart tvs are definitely an advantage.
The perks listed when you book are very misleading. It states you get admission to the water park and admission to a sunset dolphin cruise for free as long as you have your arm bands. We called and confirmed that everyone would have admission not just ONE admission and the lady assured us everyone who had an armband would be granted admission to both as it was stated, there were other activities that specified only ONE ticket but those two activities didn’t so we wanted to clarify then once we got there the website only granted us one ticket to both of those that we were told we had tickets for everyone. So with 5 people in our group the one ticket doesn’t necessarily save any money. We might have picked a different hotel had we known those things didn’t come like they said.
