Apartment was clean and had everything you would need during a stay in a fairly quiet area not too far from the beach or bars and restaurants which are around a 10-15 minute walk away. As our group had 2 people that are not so good with stairs, the elevator and apartment were ideal. We would stay again.
The lack of an information booklet as there was an issue with the AC but the property managers were very responsive. The allocated car parking space would be VERY difficult to get out of, if not impossible to do so if the 2 other allocated spaces were taken up by cars during your stay as it is very, very tight to maneuver.

Excellent facilities, very clean
Taxis didn’t know where Aurum residence was. would be better to refer to Downtown Residences as is signed on the building.
