Modern House In Charming Motala

Modern spacious property in a tranquil area, still close enough to amenities. All facilities in property needed where available.

We loved the property however sadly on arrival we were faced with an instruction paper stating that we should hire a cleaner at the end of our stay or leave 1100 sek for the owner to bring one in. (3 night stay) We have rented over 25 properties in various countries from Booking.com and Air bnb and have never experienced this. We always leave properties as we find them but do not do a full clean. Due to this note we felt obliged to spend time cleaning the property ( hiring ourselves) so as not to incur the extra charge. This delayed us on our final day. The cleaning cost should be included in the price as at other properties. Also on arrival beds were not made up, this was left to us, another unusual practice. Jovan was very good at communicating and very pleasant. Perhaps he just needs to look at his rental costs and include a cleaning fee at the start of the process.
