The cleanliness inside the house. The location to the major highways, stores and restaurants.
Very quiet street and walking distance to a beautiful park.
T.L.C. Is needed on the outside of the house such as the grass, gardens, back deck and fence.
No booklet with instruction to operate things such as the tv, washing machine or suggestions for location of good restaurants. Time to replace some of the well used couches and chairs in the living room.
