No problem- the code worked, key worked, all good.
I was visiting from the U.S., and each room had separate radiator heaters, each with individual digital controls. I believe there were 7or 8 total in the apartment. The controls were new to me and I wasn't sure how to set and maintain a constant heat. Throughout the night some would make loud noises- loud tones and various other noises that would wake me up and I wasn't able to figure out how to work with these. I think some simple instrucitons in the most common languages would help guests figure this out.

Die Unterkunft war school in Ordnung, großes Wohnzimmer, Allen’s in Ordnung
Bei Ankunft war die Wohnung sehr kalt. Heizung funktionierte nicht. Vermieter versprach Abhilfe durch Hausmeister. Angeblich war der Auch da. Kamen spät zurück, alles kalt. Wieder angerufen am nächsten Tag. Al’s wir am Abend zurück kamen, lief die Heizung, aber immer noch kalt, da Altbau. Trotz unserer Bitte um Rückruf keine Rückmeldung, keine Entschuldigung, kein Preisnachlass. Für uns nie wieder!
