Helle schöne Wohnung mit mehreren Schlafzimmern im Herzen von Marsberg, engagierter Vermieter, der auch aus der Distanz den Kontakt pflegt, Willkommensdrink auf dem Wohnzimmertisch Angenehme Betten mit hochwertiger Bettwäsche Stilvoll vorbereiteter Frühstückstisch Ordentlich ausgestattete Küche Mit dem „Deutsches Haus“ ein gutes Lokal ganz in der Nähe.
Das Publikum vorm Shop im Nachbargebäude ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig.

Große Zimmer, viel Platz und viele Betten. Gut bestückte Küche, neuer großer Smart TV und schnelles Internet. Der Gastgeber war schnell zugegen um ein Problem mit der Heizung zu beheben. Keine Nachbarn, daher ruhig, nur die Kirche nebenan läutet doch öfters mal.
Trotz netter Ausstattung doch schon in die Jahre gekommene Substanz, Betten etwas hart da nur Topper auf den Boxspringbetten, Bettdecken rochen etwas nach Füßen, Bad alt, aber trotzdem alles zumutbar
