Lage mega, Tiefgarage super, Schlüsselübergabe einfach.
Einiges an Unkraut vor der Tür und im Sitzbereich. Schlüssel schwerfällig und schmierig. Fliegengitter saßen nicht richtig in den Fenstern. In der Wohnung in jedem Raum einige Spinnweben. Türen und Rahmen dreckig. In der Dusche hat es abends immer gestunken. Bei Anreise dreckige Handtücher und Bettlaken mit Sand.

Top Lage, zweckmäßiges Appartment. Top ausgestattet Küche mit qualitativ hohen Küchengeräten, Dusche mit Steinfließen,
Ablagen im Bad/Dusche fehlen! Da ist nur das Waschbecken zu Ablage und ein Handtuchhalter für Duschhandtuch und 2 kleine Halter für Händehandtuch. Terrassenbestuhlung hatte nur 1 Sitzpolster und das war nicht mal ein passendes.. Die Wohnung ist eine Kellerwohnung!! Sprich die Terrasse ist in Höhe der Fenster. Im Sommer bestimmt angenehm kühl, aber bei niedrigtemperaturen sehr Fuß kalt.
