The room was clean, and the place is convenient for those doing business in Kariakoo. The room is well thought out, the inclusion of toiletries was a good gesture.
The noise in the area is quite disruptive, and the hotel desperately needs soundproof windows. The staff could be more attentive and responsive; they often seem to spend a lot of time arguing or chatting about other things. Not all of them are like this, but the check-in desk did not leave a good impression on me. Additionally, I was provided with a takeaway breakfast that did not include any utensils. I'm not sure how they expect guests to eat stew without any cutlery.
My room, 704, had no hot water; it appears that the instant water heater does not work consistently. When I mentioned this to the reception, I learned that there was a similar complaint from another guest.
