Great overall experience, lovely hotel, could improve on warm Greek hospitality

Beautiful hotel on the outskirts of Mirki Vigla, within walking distance of the beach and restaurants. High quality rooms and enjoyed our private pool, definitely recommend paying for the upgrade. Communal pool and restaurant offers convenience too.

Cleaning cupboard outside of the room meant that it could be noisy earlier in the morning, and we found the service a bit stilted and awkward.

This isn’t a major issue, but the morning coffee situation could be improved. It took 20 minutes to get an iced latte. I completely understand it was busy and their regular barista wasn’t there, though.

A beautiful restful stay

This hotel is fabulous. It is new and beautifully appointed and the staff are lovely. The outlook is peaceful and varied and it is a short walk to the cafes and bar. The pool is gorgeous and we had a private jacuzzi which was just wonderful as the sun set.

Our stay at The Key Resort in Naxos was nothing short of phenomenal—a true gem on this stunning Greek island! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the impeccable service and warm hospitality. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable, and a special shout-out goes to Felitza at reception, whose friendliness and willingness to help made every interaction a joy. The room service was absolutely faultless and, best of all, came at no extra cost. Whether we needed something small or had a special request, a quick call was all it took for the team to deliver promptly and with a smile. It made our stay in the residency room feel effortless and luxurious. The resort’s location in Mikri Vigla is pure perfection. If you’re dreaming of a secluded, tranquil escape, The Key Resort is the place to be. The town itself is a quiet haven, with a pristine beach that’s perfect for unwinding. We loved exploring the local restaurants, which served mouthwatering Greek cuisine bursting with authentic flavors. The food at The Key Resort was a highlight in itself. The buffet-style breakfast offered an incredible variety, catering to every taste with fresh, high-quality options. Lunch and dinner were equally impressive, with menus that elevated Greek cuisine to a whole new level—every dish was a delight! The peaceful atmosphere throughout the resort, whether dining or lounging, added to the overall magic of our stay. We can’t recommend The Key Resort enough. It’s the perfect blend of luxury, warmth, and serenity, and we’re already looking forward to our next visit!

Brand new hotel away from the crowds

Friendly staff. Quiet location out of the bustle of Chora. Convenient for some great dining to the south and to the north. Pool was relaxing. Hotel was brand new.

My wife didn't like the pillows! Soap dispenser in shower was off the wall when we arrived.

Decent size room, bathroom and balcony. Good pool area with plenty of beds to relax on. Nice small gym for a quick work out.

Quite a long and rocky dirt track to get to the property which isn’t lit that may be challenging for non confident drivers.

We loved Filitsa and Henry her fur baby. She was amazing and very helpful. Her expertise and her personality was impeccable. She was very attentive and professional. An absolute asset for a place like this. The Key was modern and clean and had great facilities

Perfect and relaxing stay!

The location and the access to the beach is perfect. The room was very spacious and the staff welcomed us and cared for every need we had. The breakfast was very good and the food was tasty. The "sofa bed" is not a sofa bed just because you take off the pillows and lay a sheet on it and I would not recommend it for a grown up.

Pure Greek Bliss

Perfect place for a calm and sort of luxurious retreat. Breakfast was great, and the staff is super friendly and available. The massage was definitely one of the highlights. The breakfast has very good options - healthy and high-quality. Super close to the best beach in Naxos, which has amazingly clean and blue water. My mum and I had the perfect relaxing 7 days together.

Fantastic hotel in a peaceful part of Naxos

We had a wonderful stay at this brand-new hotel, located in a quiet and beautiful area of Naxos. The facilities are excellent, including a well-equipped gym that's open 24/7—a real bonus. We were travelling with our baby and the staff equipped the room with a cot and anything we needed. They were so welcoming towards our baby and nothing was too much trouble. The daily buffet breakfast was great, with a wide variety of fresh options and good coffee. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location is ideal—just a 5-minute walk to a lovely beach with sun loungers reserved for hotel guests. There are also several excellent local tavernas within a 5–10 minute walk. If you're planning to explore more of the island, I’d definitely recommend hiring a car. Overall, the hotel offers great value for money, and I would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Naxos.

Super smart hotel, cute pool, lovely food and excellent friendly service. Wonderful location near gorgeous beaches. Lovely local restaurants and handy for supermarkets and bakeries. Easy parking everywhere.

Loved every minute

The Key is indeed a serene escape from everything ! Great location, next to a beautiful beach (they also have their own private setup in that beach !!! ) surrounded by nature , blending nicely with the environment ! Great architecture ! And very friendly service ! The restaurant serves delicious greek cuisine. The flavors of each dish we ordered were simply amazing, and they are all made with local , fresh ingredients . The sunset dinner was my personal favorite, it’s a must try . Breakfast selection is a dream come true as well.

Traumhaftes Hotel mit sehr gutem Service.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit eigenem Pool und kurze Wege zu allen Bereichen. Wir waren zum Saisonende, dadurch waren wenig Gäste im Haus und somit hatten wir die volle Aufmerksamkeit vom Personal, dies haben wir sehr genossen. Der kleine Fitnessraum war toll ausgestattet und wurde auch täglich von uns genutzt. Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich und sehr lecker. Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen. Eine absolute Empfehlung!

Tolle moderne Unterkunft in Strandnähe

Nikola war wahnsinnig nett, wie auch das gesamte Personal. Wir waren die letzten Gäste und wir wurden bis zum Schluss sehr sehr gut betreut. Wir hatten einen ärztlichen Notfall und auch da, war auf das gesamte Personal Verlass. Die Anlage ist sehr neu und modern. Man ist sehr schnell an einem sehr schönen Strand mit tollen Bars und Tavernen.

Leider war der Pool zu kalt, aber dafür kann das Hotel nichts. Es war bereits Mitte Oktober.

Moderne et tranquillité.

L’endroit est très bien pensé. Installation moderne. Piscine très agréable. Le ménage est parfait et très discret. L’ensemble de l’équipe est attentionné, souriante. Nous avons demandé en début de séjour de changer le matelas pour un seul matelas et ils ont directement trouvé la solution. Le fait d’avoir une terrasse avec un jacuzzi était un vrai plus.

L’emplacement prêt de magnifiques plages de sable fin, la vue mer, le petit déjeuner copieux et varié, la piscine, la salle de sport.

Seul bémol si l’on prend une villa pour 4 il n’y a qu’une chambre et les enfants dorment sur un lit de camp pour l’un et à même le canapé pour l’autre donc préférer une seconde chambre pour des ados…

Un lugar para volver mil veces! Recomendable al 200%

Absolutamente todo: el trato que nos dieron fue inmejorable, nos cuidaron al más mínimo detalle, en especial a nuestro bebé (nos esterilizaron biberones, nos prepararon el desayuno del bebé según demanda, …todo cuanto pedimos) además el lugar tiene una ubicación inmejorable, esta recién construido/reformado, primeras calidades, diseño y tienes a tu disposición unas balinesas en la playa…La cocina es sensacional y los cocktails también! No se puede pedir más! Estuvimos haciendo ruta por Grecia y the key hizo de mikri Vigla la mejor experiencia de todo el viaje! Nos sentimos como en casa y pasamos unos días muy relajantes en un lugar magnífico! Desde aquí Gracias al equipo de the key por tratarnos con tanto cariño (cocinera y recepcionista en especial) guardamos un recierdo muy especial de nuestros dias alli!

Sehr schönes und ruhiges Hotel, das noch an Feinheiten arbeiten muss. Preisleistung war aber sehr gut!

Das nette Personal. Poolbereich war super. Es war sehr ruhig. Zimmer sehr sauber. Durften den Besitzer kennenlernen. Kleines Fitnessstudio vorhanden. Strandliegen sind am Strand vorhanden, allerdings sehr windig.

Klimaanlage hat den Raum nicht so gekühlt, wie gewünscht. Frühstück hätte umfangreicher sein können. Dezente Musik in Hotelanlage wäre schön gewesen.

Super Urlaub

Alles! Die Ruhe, eine wunderschöne neu erbaute Anlage, ein leckeres ausreichendes Frühstück vom Buffet, das schöne Pool (da wären noch ein paar Sonnenschirme fein), das Personal war immer sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit, der wunderschöne Sandstrand, welcher sich super zum Schwimmen und Kitesurfen anbietet ist in ca. 8 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Am Strand gibt es vom Hotel eigene kostenlose Strandliegen und Sonnenschirme, also wir kommen wieder :-)
