Location is perfect

Very convenient for the beach and pubs and restaurants with the car park in close proximity. Nice view - Very peaceful and quiet in the evenings. Good sized shower and comfy double bed.

Seats in lounge were a little hard for comfort. Sink in the bathroom was very small/shallow design.

Cozy and well equipped. Tasteful - even has board games. A stone throw away from the beach.

Although the flat was generally clean, the floor was very dirty and sticky. When you pay north of £100 per night, you don't expect to have 1 roll of toilet paper and then be told you need to go out and buy your own. The information given out is incomplete: 1. There IS parking and you need to provide you car reg for them to purchase a parking permit AHEAD of arrival. 2. There is a washing machine hidden under the breakfast bar.

The location is fabulous with lovely views towards the beach. Well served by local pubs and restaurants. Although small the flat has everything you need for a self catering break away. Easy check in details provided for the key lock etc. Parking provided free in the main carpark (Clapps Lane) but this isn’t very clear on booking. I phoned your offices to sort which was fine.

On the whole the property was perfectly acceptable but a few cleaning issues should be addressed. The towel rail in bathroom needs attention as does the skirting boards and the cobwebs behind the door. Also the basin needs a scrub as there’s black mould around the waste. In all rooms the lampshades could use a good dusting, as could the insides of drawers in the bedside cabinets. The kettle was very dirty so we cleaned that before using. The furniture in the lounge area is pretty uncomfortable.
