Die Lage ist super. Von Bay Harbor Island aus erreicht man jegliches Reiseziel von Miami problemlos. Das Apartment war sehr geräumig und es gab zwei Toiletten. Die Terrasse war super und man hatte einen tollen Ausblick auf den Flussarm und die anderen Villen in der Umgebung. WLAN lief problemlos. Stellplatz direkt von der Haustür. Gegend sicher und ruhig. Viel Polizeipräsenz auf den Bay Harbor Islands. Küche war gut ausgestattet und hatte alles, was man benötigt.
Der Aufzug war etwas unheimlich. Leider kein Fernsehempfang. Das Sofa war etwas durchgesehen.
