Lokalizacja blisko głównej ulicy i przystanku komunikacji w tym skibus. Dobre połaczenie do Pone di Legno. Garaż na 2 samochody, ale przy dobrej organizacji 3 też sie zmieszczą. Apartament w pełni wyposażony , optymalny na 7 osób. Do centrum miejscowości spacer 5 minut, nalezy jednak wziac po uwagę że Temu to mała miejscowość kilka resturaccji i barów , 2 sklepy spożywcze. Bardzo dobry kontakt z agencją pośrednictwa, wszystkie życzenia, problemy rozwiązane. Możliwość płatności karta i przelewem. Pościel, ręczniki, łazienki - czyste. Kuchnia w pełni wyposażona .
Był uszkodzony kaloryfer w jednej sypialni, szkoda ze nie byliśmy poinformowani po przybyciu, ale należy przyznać że "opiekun" z agencji dostarczył grzejnik tak szybko jak było możliwe. Brak kileiszków do wina , dziwne we Włoszech :-)
