In Stay Guesthouse

Un soggiorno favoloso. La camera era ottima a livello di spazi e materiali. Il letto aveva un ottimo topper con lenzuola morbide e profumate. Il bagno disponeva di shampoo, bagnoschiuma e balsamo di ottima qualità. La signora Maria è stata super gentile dal primo momento. Abbiamo fatto una lavatrice e asciugatrice con il suo aiuto. La colazione è stata ottima, con prodotti asiatici e anche occidentali.

The staff is adorable, Maria takes care of you as one would take care of a visiting friend or relative. The breakfast included always has a seasonal, ever-changing touch (this morning it was pumpkin soup, because the host’s family members brought her a lot of pumpkin from their fields). There are always snacks, tea and coffee available, and the tea selection is all local to the island or typical of Korea. The decor of the common areas is stylish and clean. And then the details of having crafts material in a corner, a book shelf, some board games - means you’ll always have device free entertainment available :)

There are blackout curtains available - which is amazing to begin with!! - but they don’t entirely blackout. Would it make sense to consider a different format/mechanism?

The location is superb. We love the lounge area and the facility this stay provides. Free breakfast in the morning and also free coffee and snacks throughout the day. Plenty of washer and dryer too! This stay is so relaxing and it's great for a relaxing getaway. It's walking distance to most of the main attractions in seogwipo so we didn't really need to rent a car while staying here. We also love the hard bed and the wind-less AC that doesn't blow air straight into your face but still maintains the room nice and cool!

When we were there the sun rises at 5am so by 5.30am the sunshine was so bright it felt like noon time. And so we couldn't get good rest because of that. A proper blackout curtain for the room would greatly improve our stay. The host gave us a large blanket to clip onto the curtain bar and that helps a bit!

Clean, friendly host, good breakfast, good restaurants near by and a GS 25 across the street.

Floor is a bit old- school. Gaps between tiles should be cleaned more.
