2-4pax Condo Unit in Subic Bay

The property features aesthetic and modern condo-style design, complete with a kitchenette, microwave, refrigerator, and sink — perfect for longer stays. The property is peacefully located away from the main road, surrounded by greenery at the edge of a forest. However, transportation can be a challenge if you don’t have your own vehicle, as taxis are not easily available in the area. The room is aesthetic and modern, though it only has one queen bed and a single sofa bed, making it more comfortable for three guests rather than four.

Communication with the host was quite challenging. The guard and caretaker were not informed about our booking, and the contact details listed on the platform were outdated. We only received the correct contact number after requesting a refund. The property address on the platform was also confusing—providing the building name and room number would have helped avoid misunderstanding. Check-in instructions should have been sent at least two hours before the scheduled check-in time. While the host seemed nice, they should have taken the initiative to reach out, especially since it was already past 2 PM and we had an event to attend at the Subic Convention Center. I would have given a higher rating (9 or 10) if the host had been more prompt and responsive.

Very nice room and is well maintained, The room was very clean. The bathroom was large and was clean as well.

The parking area is very dark at night, so I recommend to park close to the guard house. This is where most of the other cars were parked. This isn't something the owner can change, so our review does not reflect this aspect of the property.

Nice modern appartment in a quiet and beautiful location. Friendly and helpful host.
