Schönes Apartment an guter Lage, relativ teuer, mit vielen Mängeln und schlechtem Service
Zentrale ruhige Lage Geschmackvoll ausgestattet Gutes Bett
Einchecken erst um 17h, früheres Einchecken unverhältnismässig teuer Wohnung war beim Eintreffen kalt: 1 Fenster offen, Heizkörper mehrheitlich abgestellt Küche: dilettantische elektrische Installationen; Küchengeräte vorhanden, aber kein Platz dafür 1 Pfanne defekt, diverse kaputte Glühbirnen waren nicht ersetzt, WC-Ring passte nicht auf WC ... Die Kurtaxe zahlte ich vor dem Einckecken. Trotzdem wurde ich mehrmals aufgefordert, die Kurtaxe zu bezahlen. Nachdem ich meine Einzahlung mit einem Screenshot meiner Kreditkartenabrechnung belegt hatte, wurde ich aufgefordert, einen Beleg zu senden. Dann "wurde mir die Kurtaxe erlassen", die ich bereits bezahlt hatte. Gastgeber antwortete nicht auf Anfragen. Erst nach meiner internen Bewertung "mittelmässig" entschuldigte er sich. Die Immobilienagentur Heiwa-Houses kommunizierte mit mir ausschliesslich auf Englisch.
