An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. On colder days your holiday house can be heated. The entrance is ground level and leads directly in the vestibule with wardrobe. The rooms are divided as follows: Living room 20 sqm and with lounge, dinette and TV. The dinette offers space for 5 persons. You have access to the terrace. Cooking nook in the living room 20 sqm and with dishwasher, electric cooker (ceramic stove top, 4 plates), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine and electric water boiler. 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed. Bedroom with 1 single bed and 1 additional bed at sleeping accommodation and Single bed pulls out to become a double bed. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and washing machine. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin and WC.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access, electric iron and washing machine. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.
