Located on a beautiful property with a spacious garden featuring apple trees and an impressive willow, the farmhouse offers stunning views of a traditional windmill. Accommodating 6 adults and 2 children, this unique holiday home combines modern comforts with authentic details, including a home automation system. Centrally located with all amenities nearby, it provides the ideal combination of tranquility, privacy, and comfort. Inside, the house boasts a contemporary interior with a wooden beam ceiling and original features. The cozy living room offers a spacious corner sofa, a piano for musical moments, and a dining area for up to 8 guests. The fully equipped kitchen includes a kitchen island, gas hob, oven, dishwasher, and Nespresso coffee maker. Entertainment options include a foosball table, and the ground floor also features a toilet. Upstairs, four charming bedrooms provide ample space, including two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and two children's rooms with bunk beds. The 600 m² fenced garden offers plenty of space for relaxation and play, with two terraces surrounded by willow trees and a view of the windmill. The garden is perfect for dining, lounging, and soaking up the sun. For families with young children, a baby cot, high chair, and stair gate are available. Our stay at the farmhouse in Heinkenszand was absolutely delightful! The garden is a true gem, with beautiful apple trees and a view of the charming windmill, We spent so much time relaxing on the terraces, Inside, the house is spacious and thoughtfully designed, perfect for our family getaway, The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals, and the cozy living area was great for our evenings together, The kids loved the foosball table! Definitely a place we would return to
