Such an awesome property! Directly on the river, you have to drive past the levee wall and you instantly feel cool for doing it, lol. The sunsets are breathtaking. The tugboat traffic is funner to watch than people watching. Don’t even get me started on the decor of the house. The creativity and re-use of driftwood, metal and random surprises will have your mind reeling.

The house was on the river so we loved that, didn't know it was along side their RV park, somewhat clean. Don’t ask any questions, don’t mess with the host unless you just need to. She is very nit picky and if you ask anything at all she will be sure to just list rules and fees, not helpful. The Bathroom sinks all have black mold and leak, the decorative pillows on master bed had stains, all beds had top sheets looks clean but the sheets under and mattress covers had hair, food, pee stains etc.. so gross.. I made sure to check everything and take pictures first thing when we got there so we didn’t get accused of it and charged. She makes it clear you will be charged for anything, though they don’t clean the house very good. We found so many left behind items socks, a pacifier, alcohol, perishable food they said don’t leave behind but they did not clean out of the refrigerator. Had I known it was along side the rv park, and the host was like she was I would not have stayed and we won’t again.
