About this bed and breakfast
• 2 bed / 2 bath unit in downtown New Orleans – walk to French Quarter, Bourbon St. & Canal St.
• Bedroom 1: King bed + ensuite (shower only)
• Bedroom 2: King bed + ensuite (tub/shower combo)
• Open living area with dining space & fully equipped kitchen
• Balcony with sweeping city views

• High-speed Wi-Fi for work or leisure
• In-unit washer/dryer, premium linens & toiletries
• Pet-friendly (up to 2 pets, $135 fee)
• Walk to Jackson Square, Café du Monde & historic French Quarter
• Easy transit via nearby streetcar & bus lines
Guests will receive codes for the building and individual unit prior to arrival.
Early check-in or late check-out may be available for your stay for an additional fee of $150 for a 12pm arrival or $250 for a 2pm arrival. A late departure of 12pm would be an additional fee of $150 (an extra 2 hours).
Unfortunately, we are unable to store luggage pre- or post-stay, so if you need to guarantee an earlier arrival or departure, we recommend booking the night before or after in order to guarantee anything earlier than the 2pm arrival or later than a 12pm departure.
Our arrival and departure processes are contactless, but our property manager and/or front desk staff are available 24/7 during your stay.
