About this apartment rental
The studio apartment is centrally located in Greenwich village minutes away from NYU and Washington square park. Its a very beautiful neighborhood with lots of restaurants and coffee shops in the same 8th street. Washington square park is a 2min walk. West village and Soho are only a short walk away. W4 Subway less than a minute walk for A,B,C,D, E, F and M train. Apartment is on second floor (only one flight up as there is no Ground floor) of a walkup building. There is NO elevator in the building. Apartment window faces the 8th street and is south facing giving sunlight through out the day. There is high speed internet (300mbps, new router installed in June 2024) and 55 inch TV with Roku connected. There are extra sheets, blankets, towels and all kitchen and bathroom essentials. There is also heating and A/C in the unit. The unit is ideal for single occupancy, however can accommodate two people if staying for short period of time. Guests have access to entire studio space, except a closet which is locked with owners belongings. Guests can cook in the kitchen, however please note the kitchen space is small and not convenient for extensive cooking. Please note, there is NO laundry in the apartment or building but there are many drycleaners/laundry within few minutes walk where you can drop off and pickup your laundry, some of them does pick up and drop off as well. I can give more details upon checkin. Online package deliveries from amazon etc are delivered below the mail box on first floor. No pets please. Apartment is non-smoking. Also no parties or loud music. Thank you in advance.
