*The downstairs basement toilet is inoperable at this time. 3 bathrooms are working.
* The minimum age for check-in is at least 21 years old.
* Up to 2 dogs are allowed for $125 per stay, no cats please. We kindly ask that your dog is crate trained and that you pick up after your dog
* Absolutely no parties, grounds for termination. We want to be extremely respectful of our neighbors
* There is 1 security camera are solely to keep track of our cleaning team located to the right of the front door
* Parking in driveway for 4 cars max.
GUEST VERIFICATION:
To ensure a smooth and secure stay, we require the primary guest listed on the reservation to complete a simple screening process within 48 hours of booking confirmation. Please note that your reservation is not confirmed until these steps are completed.
Once verified, and prior to check-in, guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that includes:
- Agreeing to our rental terms and conditions.
- Providing a valid government-issued ID and a matching credit card before check-in.
- Paying a non-refundable $60 damage waiver. The damage waiver provides coverage for accidental damage during your stay, as long as it is reported prior to your check-out. This is collected either at the time of payment through the booking platform or afterward, depending on which platform you use to book.
The damage waiver covers accidental damage that may occur during your stay. To ensure coverage, all damage must be reported promptly while you’re still at the property. We understand there is normal wear and tear at houses but should anything accidentally break or get stained during your stay please just let us know. Thank you!

This place was amazing!! Everything you could ask for to keep everyone occupied. Amazing hot tub and sauna!!! I would recommend this to anyone. We have a very large family and everyone was extremely happy and comfortable with the whole time.

Perfect place for six adult couples. House was fully prepared for a large group. We really enjoyed the fire pit and the men played shuffle board every day. The house was spotless and comfortable for us to all be together.

I will start by saying the property manager was super easy to deal with and very informative even way before we checked in. They accommodated early check in for us, and even when there was an issue with the house they did communicate with us rather quickly. While they were unable to fix our issue, they did say they were working on it. The beds were so comfortable there were plenty of linens and cooking utensils. The property itself was absolutely stunning, easy to get to and just as described. Everybody was super happy
