Getting used to the advanced technology check-in process took some adjusting to, but the studio was exceptional with great views and amenities. Highly recommend.

Nice loft apartment. The apartment itself was very clean and comfortable and offered the basic necessities for a comfortable stay. The only down side was the building which wasn’t well kept. The lobby was fairly dirty with a bad odor and a residents dog urinated in the lobby. This didn’t get cleaned up for several days. The appt is very close to UAB campus and near many restaurants, but by night fall had questionable and unhoused individuals hanging around—- like any downtown area. This is something to consider.
