About this apartment rental
The recently renovated house, located in the village of Markovac near Umag and Buje, consists of four apartments, two of which are studio apartments on the second floor. The house is just a short drive from Umag and Buje, two picturesque towns offering a wide range of services, restaurants, shops, and cultural activities. Kanegra Beach is 5 km away. Pets are allowed for an additional daily fee.
The studio apartment, located on the second floor at the rear of the house, features an equipped kitchen with an electric cooktop, refrigerator, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, dining table, and two chairs. The sleeping area includes two single beds joined together, a wardrobe, satellite TV, and air conditioning. The fully equipped bathroom features a shower cabin, washbasin with cabinet and mirror, toilet facilities, and a washing machine. On the lower floor, there is a terrace for shared use with the second studio apartment, furnished with two tables and chairs.
* Registration fee of €7 per person, payable in cash upon arrival.
* Pets are allowed with a surcharge of €10 per day, payable in cash upon arrival.
* Smoking is permitted on the terrace or outdoors, while smoking inside the accommodation is not allowed.
* We kindly ask our guests:
- to respect the neighbors and behave calmly and discreetly, especially at night or during the afternoon rest period,
- for safety reasons, to switch off the air conditioning and washing machine when they are not in the accommodation,
- to use the accommodation's equipment with care,
- to empty waste containers and wash used cutlery and kitchen utensils,
- to report any damage caused to the owner; after a careful assessment of the damage, the owner will request payment of the costs in cash before departure,
- to inform the owner of the expected departure time one day before departure to arrange the key handover.
*The accommodation must be vacated by 10:00 a.m. on the last day of the stay.
