About this house rental
A beautiful mid-island duplex on one of the best streets in Fort Myers Beach with a 5-minute walk to the beach! Completely renovated in 2023, this professionally designed and decorated beach house with 3 bed/ 2 bath + loft, gives you everything: easy walking access to the beach, ample outdoor space, low-tox living, and the upgraded amenities you need to relax and make wonderful memories.
The Space:
The Natural Palm Beach House is a 3- bedroom, 2-bathroom duplex that sleeps 6. This elevated home welcomes you with tons of natural light and sunshine and is a beautiful, comfortable place to relax and recharge. Stepping inside the home, you will find an open concept living, dining and kitchen area decorated and appointed with luxurious finishes and furniture in tasteful hues. The intentionally designed space makes the home feel much larger while keeping everyone together. A sofa and accent chairs offering ample seating surround a large Smart TV in the living area which is open to the spacious kitchen and dining area. You can prepare meals using the premium appliances in the kitchen or fire up the grill located just outside the oversized slider. The kitchen and dining area offer two separate eating options, a massive island with quartzite countertops and separate dining table.
The spiral staircase tucked next to the dining area leads to a quaint loft with desk, offering you a separate workspace, homeschool space or meditation/journal space.
Both the primary bathroom and hall bathroom offer marble topped vanities with ample lighting, large glass showers with rainfall and handheld showerheads, and luxury fixtures. With your comfort in mind, all bedrooms feature luxury organic mattresses and linens. This home is equipped with a new efficient AC system that will keep you comfortable any day of the year, operable screened windows, and custom shades.
This property offers the multi-level indoor outdoor living that Florida is known for! You will love the rear outdoor space which is fully screened with two story noseeem screens, an absolute must in Southwest Florida and, especially, this close to the beach. Immediately below the main living space, there is a large outdoor cabana (one for each duplex) with lighting, reclaimed wood ceilings, ceiling fans, outdoor sectional sofa, and large dining table. This space is a true extension of living area with Southwest Florida’s year round gorgeous weather and sunshine. The cabana overlooks the private saltwater pool and sun loungers. In case you don’t feel like making your way downstairs or are looking for somewhere to drink your morning beverage, the oversized slider opens to a deck with café table and lounge chairs.

The property was exactly as pictured and in many ways much more. My family of four thoroughly enjoyed the home during our vacation. The house was extremely clean and very well kept. The Natural Palm Beach House catered to our low-tox expectations. Bryce was a great communicator and ensured that all of our needs were meet promptly during our stay. We will stay again and recommend you book this beach house as well!

We traveled with our family of 6, including kids aged 16, 14, 12, and 9.The property was clean and well-maintained. Property owner was very responsive and kind. There are a few beach toys and 2 beach wagons. Only about a 5 minute walk to the beach. All the hand soaps, dish soap, and laundry soaps are natural products and sometimes left the feeling of not getting your hands truly clean (certainly didn't remove the odor of holding sea shells from your hands). The beds were very comfortable but the couches didn't offer a lot of comfort. My teenaged son loved the upstairs loft for sleeping!We really enjoyed the cabana offered downstairs, and the pool was wonderful, though the water was a bit cool.The laundry is behind a door requiring a code to unlock, but the property owner supplied the code quickly when we messaged him through the VRBO app.Overall, we had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Natural Palm and would highly recommend it to anyone traveling with a family of 6 or less. The property is listed for 8, but I'm not sure where we would have put more people. Bryce, thank you for a wonderful family vacation filled with great memories! We would stay here again for sure!

Our stay at the beautiful Natural Palm Beach House was absolutely amazing! From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by the immaculate cleanliness, thoughtful decor, and the spaciousness of our unit. Every detail was carefully considered, from the fully appointed kitchen and beautiful bedrooms/bathrooms to the cabana and pool; we truly felt totally pampered.
The location is great, a short walk from the sandy beaches for sunbathing, swimming, and gorgeous sunsets, and a short driving distance from all the activities and social aspects near Fort Myers Beach’s Time Square. We loved waking and enjoying coffee on the balcony each morning overlooking the pool.
The condo’s amenities were top-notch, and all its natural light was outstanding. We really appreciated the low-tox living concept, and it was obvious that the owners/designers/decorators were thorough and thoughtful with their incorporating of health-conscious features. It was an added bonus that made our stay even more relaxing. Parking and check-in were seamless, and Bryce was incredibly responsive and accommodating throughout our stay.
It's true, The Natural Palm Beach House is NOT your average vacation rental. Overall, this place is a little slice of paradise. We can’t recommend it enough and are already looking forward to our next visit!
