We offer a fully fenced patio, along with dedicated areas and amenities to keep our guests (and their furry friends) entertained, comfortable, and safe. We have a temperature-controlled sunroom, leading to a spacious backyard/patio. You will also find a gazebo, pool, deck, mini-golf, swings, and BBQ grill, perfect for relaxing and spending time together outdoors.
We offer high-speed internet throughout the property and dedicated office space. The house is fully stocked with all the essentials: kitchenware, toiletries, linens, a first aid kit, a hair dryer, etc., ensuring you have everything you need during your stay. We also include a pack n' play and a highchair upon request.

The property was perfect for having 2 families stay together. The master is quite large and is a conversion of the garage. The room with the queen bed has its own bathroom which we used as the second master. The room with 2 single beds had an old kitchen (no stove) but the sink was perfect for kids brushing teeth. The bunk bed room also has a bathroom attached which was nice. All the kids had places to shower after a day full of games. The backyard has a pool (not in season for our stay), basketball hoop, and putting green which was a hit for the kids. 7 mins from the field and a fun brewery (Malstese) with pin ball it was a fun time for both the parents and kids. Would stay again!

This is a very clean well renovated house that served as a great place for our trip to the 2025 Inauguration! Minutes from the Amtrak station that takes you right to union station downtown DC. Great communication with the owner. I would definitely rent again for our next dc trip
