The property is located on 5 acres. For an additional fee there is a tent option in the forested area. If you have a larger group there is a Trailer 5th Wheel 50amp hookup space that can be rented for an additional fee.
Guest access
You'll have access to the Guest House and wrap around porch. You can feed the Alpacas fruit, just don't go into the pasture area.

The road to the cottage doesn't have street lighting and it has some rough patches. The very end is a gravel road, driving at night can be tricky, but the place is worth it. Nice cottage, quiet and cozy. Had everything I needed. Can't wait to go again when the skies are clear.

This day was very relaxing. The cottage is extremely comfortable and adorable.My only suggestion would be a small nightlight in the bathroom so that we don’t have to turn on the big light.There was a decent amount of beetles, but that is what happens when you stay in the country.Being able to feed the little goats next-door was a very fun part of the experience!Bonding with my family around the campfire created long, lasting memories.

Lovely host, quiet location, clean room, tv/dvd player, with a small kitchenette (microwave, griddle for cooking on, Keurig coffee maker, 4 place setting/cups).
I either did not receive or missed the check in info. & house rules with my Expedia booking, I chatted with the host and she quickly sent me everything.
Non existent internet, connection, little to no cell service with AT&T.
Would have rated 5 stars, but the beds were uncomfortable; the larger bed frame was breaking down, and the twin trundle mattress allowed you yo feel the frame... I reached out to the host to let her know the larger bed needed repairs, she offered to immediately come up and do so.
Would recommend and would stay again. Thank you Sheena

Host was very quick to answer our texts about internet service. Place was very clean, parking was good, and the lock system on the door worked well.
