The second full bathroom includes a tub/shower combo.
For added convenience, the living room has a sleeper sofa, and a Pack 'n Play is available for families with little ones. The updated kitchen is fully equipped, ready for all your cooking needs, and the gas fireplace adds cozy ambiance for cool Florida evenings. -Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the host prior to arrival.
-Pets allowed with Pet fee - $100 per pet per stay for stays less than 30 days. $100/month for multi-month stays. Discounts available for multiple pets. Standard 2 pet max. Please reach out for case by case consideration on pets exceeding two. Breed restrictions apply per homeowner's insurance policy. Breed restrictions can be accommodated with owner liability and/or liability pet insurance.

Our family was in town for a graduation held at USF. The stay was pleasant and it was convenient to downtown, the beach.

This home is located on a quiet dead-end street with a lovely park within minutes of the front door. Modern rooms with nice decor, fluffy bath towels, and even high-end toilet paper! We loved the fireplace feature in the living room. Beds were comfortable and the backyard patio is a nice place to relax and enjoy the outdoors. A few minor issues that are easily remedied (only four forks in kitchen, no kitchen towels or oven mitts, coffee & icemaker filters need cleaning cycle/replacement, etc., but reached out to the host in hopes of those being taken care of before our next visit.) Contact for property & Director of Facilities were both great to work with! We're looking forward to coming back to stay again when we visit Tampa.
